John has been in the practice of law since 1976. His practice is concentrated in commercial, residential and farm real estate transactions. Referrals from the real estate professionals of LaSalle, Bureau and Putnam Counties are a significant part of his practice.
In addition to his practice of law, he is an agent for the title insurance company, Attorney’s Title Guaranty Fund, Inc.
In addition to real estate transactions, John has extensive experience in Wills, Trusts and guardianship and probate estate matters.
His professional associations include LaSalle County Bar Association, Bureau County Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association. He was a past president of Horizon House of the Illinois Valley. Currently, he is a member of the City of LaSalle Fire and Police Commission.
John received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John University of Collegeville, MN in 1969. His Doctor of Jurisprudence was earned at John Marshall Law School in 1976.
Dick has practiced in Bureau, LaSalle, Putnam Marshall and Lee Counties since 1979. He pursues his practice of law with energy and a positive attitude. Getting the job completed in a punctual manner is the hallmark of his practice. From large farm estates and sales to small home sales and auctions, mortgage foreclosures and general legal counsel, Dick brings a sense of respect to clients and other counsel as well. A member of the Bureau County Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association, Dick was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America in March of 1990.
Dick graduated from St. Bede Academy, Peru Illinois in 1972, and St. John’s University, Collegeville, Minnesota in 1976. He received his Juris Doctor from Lewis University in 1979, supplemented by a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University in 1981.
Nick was admitted to the practice of law in 2010. For the first five and a half years of his career he worked for the LaSalle County State’s Attorney’s office. During his time at the State’s Attorney’s office Nick prosecuted numerous misdemeanors and felonies. As an associate with Bernabei, Balestri & Fiocchi he practices criminal defense as well as concentrates in residential real estate transactions, estate planning, probate estate matters, and guardianship.
His professional associations include LaSalle County Bar Association, Bureau County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development.
Nick received his Bachelor degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2006. His Doctor of Jurisprudence was earned at Northern Illinois University in 2010.
